Pour ma part c'est vite vu: je passe chez Sony. Je me prendrai que des jeux Solo et basta. Je ne pourrai pas retourner chez des voleurs pareils qui peuvent te balayer une fidélité exemplaire de 13 ans comme ça.
Et je pense que cette histoire enfonce encore plus mon point de vue concernant les jeux dematerialisés. Les défenseurs de ce mode d'acquisition n'ont pas été confrontés apparemment à ce problème. Aujourd'hui, ça vient de me péter à la gueule et je vais être de moins en moins attiré par les achats en ligne apres cette histoire.
Comment on peut simplement t'effacer sans donner aucune explication. Et si la clé G2A est vraiment l'origine du problème, un bannissement de la clé aurait peut être été plus judicieux plutôt que de supprimer le compte client dans son intégralité.tu sais que c'est partout pareil ? Sony aussi te ban si tu fraude , Steam aussi et tu perd tous tes jeux .
la seule difference c'est que Xbox debannisse pas sony ni Steam .
ya un reglement sur la console faut le suivre c'est pas plus compliqué . Tu taff dans une boite depuis 15 ans , et tu les fraude tes licencié pour faute grave et tu perd tout aussi .
aprés j'achete aussi sur G2A donc voila on joue ua un risque on le sait depuis des année mais on tente le coup malgré tout .
et parfois c'est des erreurs , moi il m'ont banni ma console carrement et l'ont debanni ensuite
Exactement, Sony et steam ne débannissent pas. J'en ai fais les frais pour Sony récemment. Mon frère avait acheté des jeux avec mon compte et j'ai contacté le support en expliquant le problème, comme quoi ils ne pouvaient pas me rembourser selon leur CGV
PAs de soucis je vais faire opposition
15 jours après même pas compte banni définitivement aucun moyen de recours
Donc bon critiquer MS sur ce point là et vouloir aller chez Sony, c'est un peu l'hôpital qui se fou de la charité

J'avais reçu leur message a 14h, j'ai fournis toutes les preuves a 15h + message d'excuse et j'ai été deban dans la soirée. (Oublie pas qu'il y a décalage horaire entre eux et toi)
Puis reban 48h apres, et deban en 2h

J ai été ban Vendredi à 21h, j ai fait la plainte direct, ils m ont répondu vers 5h du mat, j ai fourni les preuves dans la foulée et debanni il y a qques minutes seulement !

Ok merci , moi qui n'ai acheté que quelques cartes cadeaux et un abo 3 mois au game pass sur G2A ça me rassure de 0,5% , c'est déjà ça . En tout cas c'est fini pour moi ce site .
