Game of war : fire age - crafting Quality Meter
Gray – Level 1 (lowest) White – Level 2 Green – Level 3 Blue – Level 4 Purple – Level 5 Gold – Level 6 (highest) So basically if you craft an item that uses one Cloth and one Feather, it will give you a Troop Health Bonus and Food Production bonus. The more materials that it uses in an item, the higher the quality, and the higher the level it is, the greater the bonus it will be. So if an item uses three Glass materials it will typically have a higher Research Speed bonus than an item that uses one Glass material (all other things being equal).
Quick Tip
Finally, here is a quick tip once you’ve crafted something. As far as I can tell, certain bonuses only need to be available when you start the action and then you can unequip the item.
For example, take the Glass Vase which is an item that increases only Research Speed. You can equip it prior to researching something. It will lower the amount of time you need to research that topic, lets say Scouting. Once you have begun researching Scouting, you can unequip the Glass Vase and use a different item for that item’s bonuses. It will not reduce your timer to finish your research on Scouting.
This technique enables you to create a set of items that does good to certain things, like Research Speed or Construction Speed. You can equip your Research Speed item set, start researching a topic, then switch back to a different armor set to get those bonuses (like offensive or defensive bonuses). This allows you to be efficient with your war gear, construction and research.
