Salut, forum officiel :
Game crashing after the company logos or language selection screen:
Most instances of this appear to be caused by systems being set to use surround sound. Setting your system speaker configuration to Stereo or 5.1 may solve this, or otherwise disabling surround sound. If your sound control panel shows 7.1 or 8 channels, you can try setting it to 2 channel audio.
Headsets
Many headsets include their own built-in sound chipsets, so unplugging your headset may be a quick-fix. However, if you want to use your headset then you will need to configure your headset's control panel to use 2 channel audio / stereo or otherwise disabling surround. This might be software like Logitech Gaming Software or Razer Surround.
If you have any software associated with your headset installed, you can try updating, disabling, or uninstalling it as this as helped some users.
Update or uninstall your Logitech Software: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/gaming-software
Disable Razer Surround.
For Razer Kraken: Open the Task Manager and try to kill the process named KrakenHelper.exe or "Kraken APO Helper"

If any of these changes have fixed your crashing issue with the game, then you'll want to make sure you also set the audio setting in the game to Stereo instead of Surround, otherwise you may have issues with some sounds being silent in the game.
When you start a new game, a page of options will show up and you can scroll down it to see the speaker options. Select Stereo there. You can access these options even after you have started a game, by opening up the menu with E on the keyboard or Y on the gamepad and selecting the option on the far right.
