I have been playing Island Hoppers mod for a while now and I really like it. My only problem is obtaining coins. This is a cycle without winners.. Planting crops requires a large amount of coins... and you need crops to feed animals. You also need coins to purchase animals to make products. For several weeks, I have been unable to build more than 5000 to 8000 coins, and all the new buildings required to complete the task cost over 30000 dollars. It's a bit frustrating that there's no better way to accumulate coins than by buying a bunch of them, considering there are over 30000 buildings, it's really going to be a lot. Of course, you can collect coins and energy while playing... but most of the time, around 3-5 coins per session, which doesn't add up to much.. So this doesn't help much. When the only way to make progress in the game is to spend $5-20 a day on energy and coins, it's really sad. So unfortunately, I will leave this game because it becomes boring when you cannot truly achieve anything.
