FONCTIONNEMENT DU TOPIC

Son concept est très simple: Un thème de bande dessinée devra être proposé, et à mon signal, vous voterez qui de ou de devra gagner.
Quand les votes dépasseront de 10 pour un smiley, la bande dessinée pourra commencer à être faite en fonction des votes.
