Sorry i'm late due to the fact, i did not have Internet in House's parents.

I)

a) With this sentence "born out", it means that United States had not, really, to have an amendment for religious freedom. Due to the fact, there was any predominant religion, unlike to others countries, so no need of an amendment.

b) In this sentence, we want to show: maybe the freedom of religion is a constitutionally guaranteed right provided by the 1st amendment. So everybody can say which religion he choose but doesn't give the right for a boss to oblige his employees to follow his religion.

c) We can pick in this sentence the word "increasingly", it means there are more others religious members than protestants people. Protestant religion won't be anymore the majority in religion.

II) Yes America is still a religious country because there is many people who trust in someone ("approximately 95% of Amercians say they believe in God or a universal Force") and they talk a lot about their religion ("48% claim to have spoken about their religious faith at work that day"). And even parents give their view of their religion with their children ("after generations in which one's faith was largely determined by the faith of one's parents") so religion is one of main topic in United states and nobody can avoid this important topic.

III) -Protestantism in America has been declining at least since the 1980s (text 2, §3)
-A growing fraction of Americans identify themselves as unaffiliated with any religious tradition (text 2, §1)
-Catholicism [...] is losing members nationwide faster than any other major grouping (text 2, §7)
-"If you remove immigrants, then Catholicism is in free fall" (text 2, §7)

IV)
Religion today is an important business. Many dollars a year is spent on books, videos, seminars, etc. Religion is everywhere, it's hard to live one day without to heard or see or look religion or a religious sign. And even when you are working, religion happens to be here. Even if you don't belong a religion, you can't avoid religion, because we can ask your views about this topic. And it can lead your decisions... What's the influence of religion in business?
In first, we will see this influence at work, after we will see this influence has negatives effects on business.

1)Influence of religion at work
When you do business, work is mixed with business. Sometimes there are clients who ask to work with a professional of a particular religion because they they think they will have a strong link between them, so they can trust them. So religion can be useful like a "weapon" to shoot the heart of clients

2) Negative effects of religion on business
Maybe the way we conduct ourselves in our personal workplace is effected by our beliefs. But we should try to sell or push any of our personal beliefs to our clients. And maybe we can think there are some professionals who lie about their faith to get more clients. And the goal is not to show his religion but to show his skills to have more clients so religion is the wrong way in business and it should not have the right to be in work.
Then some employees are discriminated for their beliefs and they can't join a firm because this firm doesn't want them because they did not belong ar the same religion.

It's the same problem with discrimination between women and men, because for women, it's more hard to get a job than men, due to the fact they can be pregnant.

On the other hand, it can be more easy to get friends if you belong to the same religion. And everybody need friends to work "happily" or when you have a break, you discuss with your friends. With the same religion, you become friends or even meet your future loved.
But there are some negatives effects with the mix of business with religion.

2) Negative effects of religion on business
